Our technician, Michael, came to fix a light that suddenly stopped working. When he took the fixture down, he found that the black wire had been slightly sliced and wrapped with electrical tape. Thank goodness the only problem it caused was the light to stop working! Michael was quick and a life saver because we’re listing our house and photos are being taken today. Lol! Not a good look to have no light fixture in the hallway and wires hanging down. I would highly recommend him and ARC Electric!
