We have used Mark on two separate occasions and have been quite happy. He is punctual, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He is an excellent technician and extremely helpful in troubleshooting in solving problems needed to get the job done. I would recommend Arc Electric and Mark as my technician for any future needs.
