Great job replacing an EV Charger that another company had installed with the charger subsequently failing. Charger was covered by a warranty but when the ARC technician opened the unit he found it had been installed incorrectly. Wiring wasn’t up to code and sheathing on cable was cut incorrectly. I was given a price to replace the cable and the job was scheduled for a few days later. Their technician was professional, courteous and informed me of what he planned to do and if I had any other issues before starting the work.
I highly recommend talking to ARC before making a decision on which Electrical Contractor to use.
