Our technician, Michael, came to fix a light that suddenly stopped working. When he took the fixture down, he found that the black wire had been slightly sliced and wrapped with electrical tape. Thank goodness the only problem it caused was the light to stop working! Michael was quick and a life saver because we’re listing our house and photos are being taken today. Lol! Not a good look to have no light fixture in the hallway and wires hanging down. I would highly recommend him and ARC Electric!
The gentlemen from ARC who came to our house to fix some electrical problems were very experienced, friendly and competent. Our problems were identified correctly, resolved quickly and completely. I would call ARC again when the need arises.

EV charger install was quick and professional
I had a Tesla home charger installed and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Jacob Nance was the technician that came out. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. He helped me to figure out the best location in my garage for the charger to be installed, which was so helpful. The installation was so smooth and clean! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the level of customer service. I highly recommend ARC & Jacob to anyone needing electrical work—especially EV charger installs!

Our Generac 22KW Generator was installed Aug. 1, 2019 and has been serviced annually as recommended since. Recently Sept. 12, 2025, your Technician Ryan B. came to service our generator this year. Ryan went to work immediately and maintained a steady pace until finished, as I glanced occasionally from my office window, When finished asked me to come out and then went over the things he covered in the service, condition of some parts, etc. He also left the machine CLEAN INSIDE & OUT. Without any doubt this service was a full step ahead of other services performed by trained techs. Thank you, for having a well trained, very cordial and professional service technician. He is way ahead of any other technicians in the past!
Great job replacing an EV Charger that another company had installed with the charger subsequently failing. Charger was covered by a warranty but when the ARC technician opened the unit he found it had been installed incorrectly. Wiring wasn’t up to code and sheathing on cable was cut incorrectly. I was given a price to replace the cable and the job was scheduled for a few days later. Their technician was professional, courteous and informed me of what he planned to do and if I had any other issues before starting the work.
I highly recommend talking to ARC before making a decision on which Electrical Contractor to use.
We had several light fixtures taken down and new ones installed. ARC does a very thorough job and I feel confident in their work. We’ve used them many times and will continue to do so.

ARC electric was great, we just needed an outlet to be placed above our fireplace for our TV mount and they were busy so we had to wait a little over a week to get someone out. Anthony and his tech arrived on time; we’re polite, kind, knowledgeable, and uncovered electrical issues that we didn’t know were present.
