2020 is nearing an end.
ARC Electric was considered essential.We put on our masks, filled up our hand sanitizer, and got out there to do what we do!One of those things was to help people set up home offices & school areas. When you go into an office or school for most of every day, you don’t realize the space and electrical needed to do all those things at home. COVID confinements required adding additional outlets, cable, and wifi connections, as well as safety checks on the home’s electrical system.
ARC Electric was honored to participate in building Tiny Homes in Charlotte. These homes were built as affordable housing and ranged from 288 to 967.
2020 also saw an increased demand for whole-home generators. With everyone confined to their own homes, they needed to make sure they had power at all times. We installed generators to keep things going when the power is out and work must go on.
We also helped with many other projects, for both residential and commercial customers. We added and changed light fixtures. We added electrical outlets and lighting to several outdoor patio and pool areas. We even built and hung a huge lighted cross to the top of a barn! Our electricians and helpers have worked hard this year. And we’re looking forward to working just as hard next year!
